Our Approach.

  1. Mapped the omnichannel Student Communications Journey with stakeholders and students.
  2. Recommended personalisation, strategy and planning improvements, especially via the digital channel.
  3. Created a draft RFP and scoring workbook to procure the CMS.
  4. Managed and facilitated the RFP with 5 vendors researched and shortlisted
  5. Managed the demonstration to ACU and fielded questions from vendors.
  6. Collaboratively evaluated vendor responses and selection.
