Our Approach.
Komosion embarked on a thorough investigation of ASFA’s organisational structure, strategy, goals, communications and engagement to gather technical requirements and user requirements.
We then completed a CRM provider deep dive to assist ASFA in making their procurement decision.
A CRM is one of the most important systems in an organisation, and it’s rarely used to its fullest potential. Our goal was to make sure ASFA’s money was going towards a change that would achieve real change.
